Persus Group, based in Malaysia specializes in Palm Oil, Palm Kernel and Coconut Oil factories from designing stage to supply, construction and commissioning of these factories especially for small medium Plantations and land owners or millers. The Group’s staff provides Consulting work, Technical Audits, Designing, plant upgrading, and procurement of machineries and spare parts.

With over 40 years experience especially in the palm oil, palm kernel, coconut and other soft seeds processing plants, “Persus” staff have traveled widely to Central, West and East Africa, Indian continents and the Pacific’s. The need for setting up “state of the art” micro and mini processing plant especially for rural areas, moving away from old fashion processing methods was identified and implemented.

Persus micro / mini “2nd generation” processing plant with improved design produces good quality (low FFA) oil with high recovery efficiency equivalent to larger commercial mills.

These micro / mini mills are (if required) provided with Nut Recovery system, where kernel from fresh nuts when crushed gives good quality Palm Kernel Oil (PKO).

Moderately priced and customized to suit financial capabilities “Persus” is focused and provides latest technology in its mill designs. Persus team designs suitable sized mills to process from 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg & 5000kg FFB per hour.

Persus, through its subsidiary company procures, refurbishes, modifies, supplies, relocates, reconstructs and commissions complete 2nd hand mills of 20,30,45 & 60 TPH saving up to 50% of new mill cost.

Persus also provides complete Power generation plant derived from combustible solid waste for mill power supply or for small village. Persus team is supported by its close associates comprising of several Consulting and Engineering companies with affiliations in Malaysia, Asian and European countries.
